Are you talking PVC for a fishbone model or for covering the surfaces?

Definitely. It's only 6pm here haha. You should look at the UrSaab. It was the prototype before the 92-93-96 series. Covered wheels, the whole deal. I don't think it achieves the template but it's recorded as having a drag coefficient in the 2's
