I've been out and done some pics, apologies for the part time nature of these but I'm not sure what you need to package it. EDIT - I included a tape measure so you can get sizes, I hope.

In this one the tape measure end is on the bulkhead.


This one is across the engine bay. The engine is mounted to the right (from the driver's seat) and the gearbox to the left.


In this one the measure end is on the floor.


This is the ground clearence under the front end, the sump is about 1.5 inches above this.

EDIT - in this pic you can see the 1/2 blocked grill and 1/2 width radiator.

I took a load more and I'll link to the picassa album with them in.

EDIT - the engine is in the same place for the Aygo and the C1/107 (the PSA cars) - they are the same car.

Gee, I gotta get going on mine. BTW .060" PVC sheet cuts nicely with good scissors (Friskars) The transverse sections are 5" apart.

Are you talking PVC for a fishbone model or for covering the surfaces?

Definitely. It's only 6pm here haha. You should look at the UrSaab. It was the prototype before the 92-93-96 series. Covered wheels, the whole deal. I don't think it achieves the template but it's recorded as having a drag coefficient in the 2's

Definitely. It's only 6pm here haha. You should look at the UrSaab. It was the prototype before the 92-93-96 series. Covered wheels, the whole deal. I don't think it achieves the template but it's recorded as having a drag coefficient in the 2's

Covering the surfaces only, using heatforming over a foamcore fishbone (I hope).
If you want inspiration take a look at what you can do with ordinary 3M window film.
