I installed a washer bottle from a 91-92 cruiser, it mounts next to the fuse box and gives me the space I need for my second battery box...
Then I disected the turbo so I could re-clock the compressor housing to point the outlet downwards.
Installed the exhaust manifold and tapped it for an EGT probe so I can add a gauge at a later date. (out of budget right now)
Compressor housing with the old holes plugged and new holes drilled/tapped.
Ported the exhaust housing...
Welded a bracket to hld the PS reservoir onto the airbox.
Also installed the vacuum reservoir and fabbed some brackets for it...
Turbo outlet facing down...
New PS cooler...
My full radius SCH10 elbow won't fit, had to order a tight radius elbow.
Clearance around the accessories...
Custom PS high pressure line...
More in next post...
