I'm still thankful for that idea. At the moment even getting outside the house to block nostrils is hard in terms of time, and George is still a "pampered" car (i.e. under a warranty) and Toyota Stealers are not impressing much. We will look at that again though. I would like to see the 535 and the "320Thunderbirds" private island.

Anyway - Nostrills - this is not a grill block as he has no grill. But now both nostrils are blocked.

Obviously this has probably about 0.001% effect on aero but the idea is to prevent any cooling to the intake, although evidence suggests there is no effect due to the fact the air filter is on top of the engine and therefore heated.

(Being lazy, this is a generic Aygo not George...)

As tapped earlier most of the front is already blocked, only this part of the lower grill is open now, where the tiny radiator is.

This may be worth looking at in winter but the underside is still a mess.

.

As mentioned on another thread on Insight aerodynamics, and earlier in this thread, George has "African Elephant" ears as opposed to Indian Elephant ones.

I may look to folding in the passenger side one and adding another blind-spot mirror to compensate on the bypass and motorways.

I checked the tyres today on a fillup (nothing special in terms of MPG) and they were down to 34-36, so back up to 45.
