To get from how the tail looked previously to how it does now was about 4 hours, including sanding the old tail, wiping/ blowing the dust off, reading the directions, spraying 3 coats, shaping and sanding. This was quicker and easier (and funner
) than building the frame( and I LIKE welding).
Also, hypothetically, I think that down my calibrated hill, tail 1.1 might get up to 83mph from a 45mph start. Probably be rock steady, too.
