Right, 228kWh X $0.12 (which I think is the US average?) = $27.36 / 760 = ~3.6 cents per mile
8.5 X $3.449 (what I paid yesterday) = $29.32 / 310 = ~9.5 cents per mile

Total cost is $56.68 / 1,070 = ~5.3 cents per mile
