-studded winter tire
-install block heater+timer
-rain-x washer fluid (this stuff never freeze on windshield)
-tow strap+ booster cable in trunk
-installed a small weatherproof 2A battery charger that I'll plug with my block heater, having a freshly charged battery greatly improve cold start.
When temps dips below -25F I bring back the booster pack in the house overnight for a charge.
