I want AlMgB14 bearings and rings.

I was doing some reading and came across something interesting. There is a material that is ideal for bearings. It is AlMgB14 (sometimes called BAM) . It has a hardness that is very close to diamond and is slipperier than teflon.

Aluminium magnesium boride - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

it looks like a company called Newtech Ceramics has licensed the patent for the material.
