I find said a bit silly too, I was just mentioning things Ive observed in the state of the crazy(California. XD We are so. It has its good and bad. Sometimes were often proud of it even.)
But the reason for trikes bypassing M1/M2 is not to make it easier, but as I noted that it is impossible to take the test in Cali with most trikes.
This is because most trikes are wider than the space between the two lines you are required to stay between. XD Nothing quite like physical improbabilities and all that.
