The most slipery road conditions for a bike in my experiance are shiney Ice or wet mud. They are usualy so bad that the slitest steering input will put you down, thick gravel although nerve racking is not that bad, rough ice is ok, an other slippery surface is snow over top of a layer of slush, on this type of serface any steering inputs will need to be very slow and small... I have ridden motorcycles in 15cm/6" of snow with both feet sliding on the ground in 1st or 2nd gear checking my mirrors for traffic so that I would know when to pull over and stop until they have passed.
