That looks a bit like the Brubaker box, a kit car on a VW beetle chassis:
Your sketch looks like a lot of work to create out of a beetle. You might be better of starting with a VW bus.

Nice article, but I do have doubts at the zero rear lift of the beetle.
The aero dynamic measurements were done at 70 mph, because the beetle won't do 100 mph. They then recalculated the values to 100 mph.
I wonder what the lift was at 70 mph... it could have been zero also..
