I plug my stock block heater everyday, there's around 40 degrees difference between the outside temps and the engine temps after 10 sec running. The heater is on a 2hr timer
I get heat much faster and operating temps comes up 1-2 minutes faster.
I would really like to get a tank type heater but I can't find any that fit my car
