Did you compensate for the bigger diameter ?
The odometer will show 8% less distance than what you've actually done.

Bigger wheels are also heavier.
Wider wheels mean more drag.

Looks like that's enough to cancel out any improvements in RR if you're already correcting for the bigger diameter.
