Have any of you thought about these for mirror replacement:

Black DTM Style Wing Mirrors

I'm still thinking about getting them for my 206, they look very low drag

I almost always have mine folded: EcoModder Garage image The difference wouldn't be that big I believe.

Not far off though.
I still don't understand the difference between the two lists. Is there an explanation?

I think one is 90 day and one is lifetime.

Last two tanks were not very good but I'm still pleased with total consumption. Winter is coming.

I finally got to try the 185/60-15 Michelin Energy Saver. After 300 km I can't see much difference from the standard 155/65/14. I had high hopes.

Do you have pics with the 15 inch wheels on, I had been told elsewhere that they will rub against the rear arches.

Did you compensate for the bigger diameter ?
The odometer will show 8% less distance than what you've actually done.
Tire Size Calculator - tire & wheel plus sizing

Bigger wheels are also heavier.
Wider wheels mean more drag.

Looks like that's enough to cancel out any improvements in RR if you're already correcting for the bigger diameter.

Oops, oh yes - the diameter means you "think" you are travelling less

I think you are right; there is a difference but it's canceled out by weight and drag. The UltraGauge was carefully calibrated but the final answer will come at the next filling.

I put the bigger tires only in front and they are really too big. I have to be very careful at turns and bumps. I think though that 175/65-14 or even 175/70-14 would fit.

Did you calibrate it against a GPS to get the distance ?

If it's carefully calibrated against the car's odometer it means the Ultragauge will also be off with bigger tires .

There's no point in going so far that the tires don't physically fit anymore

I'd stick with rather narrow tires - maybe 165 instead of 155 but not much wider.
