Looks like that's enough to cancel out any improvements in RR if you're already correcting for the bigger diameter.

I think you are right; there is a difference but it's canceled out by weight and drag. The UltraGauge was carefully calibrated but the final answer will come at the next filling.
I put the bigger tires only in front and they are really too big. I have to be very careful at turns and bumps. I think though that 175/65-14 or even 175/70-14 would fit.
