My goal for 2011 was a year total average of 49 mpg with a stretch goal of 52 mpg.
Well this year I averaged 51.98 mpg so I consider it a complete success.
For 2012 I'm going to kick it up another notch and set a goal of 54 mpg with a stretch of 56 mpg.

Might be worth checking out to remind ourselves what we said we were going to do last year 
(I never learn my lesson)
