I have to admit that the combination of "Villiers quality" and "made in China" would not make me hugely confident. But then I've got old English motorcycles.

cheers,

I take your point but

''FEATURES
all Villiers engines have a cast iron sleeve in the bore and heavy duty roller bearings on both
ends of the crankshaft
the Villiers engines also feature easy starting with automatic decompression and are extremely
quiet running''

is what caught my eye .It sounds like a quite an improvement and I've owned a few Villiers and found them to be slow and usually quite dependable.
