I mentioned in as I know some EM'ers watch classic cars for sale every now and again. I am making an assumption he is in the US based on the other cars, the trailer and the background to the photos.
Have to admit it I only learned about it (the Simca 4) recently. Made apparently due to high import duties in france - pre EU of course.

I have a strong interest in classic cars myself, and immediately noticed the similarities to the Topolino, but being American, didn't know of Simca. It very well could be in the US, (.ws domain means Western Samoa, but the page was likely swiped and reproduced for nefarious purposes, I wouldn't click around too much on it) but if so, it would have been gray market imported. From what I've found, it appears they were only sold in France back then.
