sounds like fun

This could work, and work for the restored hot rod guys as well. Wedging in a turbo 24v Cummins into a '63 Dart could be quite a show piece, as well as extremely fast - in a straight line. Plenty of beefing up of the unit-body and probably a roll cage to stiffen the whole wobbly affair would help.

Imagine. An easy 1000 ft-lbs in that little Dart blowing a smoke screen of black smoke as it simultaneously smokes the tires.

I'm not being sarcastic. There are plenty of hot rodders that like this stuff.

A guy I work with had a dyno proven 500+ hp Mustang Cobra. Was thoroughly stomped at the strip by a giant Dodge Cummins 4wd truck. By the 1/8 mile he had to back off because he couldn't see due to the smoke from the diesel. It was that quick!
