No, I'm planning to run it on the cheap.
No more big expenses on the Volvo.
Next big things are the camshaft drive chain and DPF - both normally due at 240.000km.
The DPF was replaced again around 146,000 km, so it should normally be OK until 266,000 km - though I wonder how long it'll survive these regeneration Groundhog Days.
I won't replace the camshaft chain, so if I still have Hägar by then, it'll do until it snaps.
Anything serious breaks, or fails the technical check, and Hägar is heading for a car salvage lot.
A new battery is about the limit of what I'm prepared to spend on it at any given time - I might even get a salvage battery.
I'm totally done spending good money on this car.

Otherwise the DMF will live like this for ages.

If it doesn't get much worse, I'll live with a bit of occasional jerkiness.
Lemme throw in a few a's with
umlaut for ya
