Are you sure about the 2.41 rearend ratio? If your tires are about 215/75R15, then that would be about 750 revolutions per mile. Multiply by 2.41 equals 1800 RPM at 60 MPH. If your fifth gear is 0.73, then fifth gear RPM at 60 MPH equals 1320 RPM.

I don't see how that engine can pull that truck in fifth gear without significant aeromods and LRR tires.

22 Maverick: Summer 2022 burned 62.74 gallons in 3145.1 miles for 50.1 MPG. Winter 2023-2024 - 2416.7 miles, 58.66 gallons for 41 MPG.
