Data that Phil (aerohead) has quoted show very conservative angles for the upsweep at the end of a belly pan. In the order of a few degrees. EG: see http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthrea...-6-a-2670.html where 2.5 degrees is quoted.



I was able to get away with a 6.5 degree final angle of the bottom of my boat tail by curving it gently:

But I tuft tested it (web cam + duct tape) - saw turbulent but attached flow underneath, right to the end. Tuft testing vids are in that thread too.
