I don't use ultragauge.
On a wide-band O2 sensor you would see your AFR drop from 14.6:1 to something lower.

This place regrinds cams for economy:
Delta Camshaft

Depending on the individual calibrations you may be able to fool the PCM to keep it out of fuel enrichment for most of the time.
For instance a TPS tricker could possibly do much of this.
Keep in mind that the enrichment is there for a reason, and part of that reason is to avoid possible engine damage under some conditions.
When you are pushing the engine loading and/or the tune, you want to keep an eye on both spark-knock sensor output, and your AFR.

There are phone apps like DashCommand that may help you do that with OBD2 systems.
