it does take a little more throttle to get going, but not a lot.
I would prefer to keep the rear cylinders dedicated as they are the closest to the flywheel and it would keep stresses out of the crank.

Is the fresh air keeping my O2 sensor in open loop mode anyway? I wonder.....
and the cat is probably staying cold too....
