I wouldn't call that ruining someone's day. People (including truckers) are inconsiderate all the time. I'm tailgated constantly in the right lane if I'm at ~55-65mph depending on the road/conditions by truckers. The second we pass a CHP patrol car they give me a good 10 car lengths. I've seen three cars take up four lanes at a red light. It's the same old same old, people drive however they want to drive provided it's within the law for the most part. Only a few people drive to make things easier for others. Like everything else, most are out for themselves based on what kind of driving they're comfortable with.
