I'm of the opinion that I just try not to bug people too much. Always funny when someone stomps on it to pass because they're tired of my pace.
If its 55mph zone and some comes behind me with no passing lane, I'll move or do 55.
On the other hand, if they can pass me and choose not to, no mercy. The road from my house is downhill to the first stoplight. I coast down every morning and let the engine warm up a bit. The other day a pickup truck came behind me and acted as if he wanted to pass. Dotted yellow line, no traffic in sight, he stayed behind me and had a disgusted look on his face. I kept my pace.
