E = I x R
voltage = current in amps x resistance in Ohms
12volts = 12volts no matter what
so if R is increased then I must decrease ...
if resistance increases , current flow must decrease if voltage is constant
you can not break OHMs law , no matter how hard you try .
but
it will not change your FE more than the noise in your FE calculations
