So 60% of oil is imported, 40% domestic, 100% of E is domestic(until brazil starts shippping it up to take away extra profit margin the ADM's have) which should only bring E price down. So 40% +10% = 50, 50% of our liquid fuel dollars are domestic if we burn E10, only 40% if we burn E0. I continue to stick with E10 and higher.
