Nothing yet. i have a bunch of things to do before I can mess with it on a serious note. I still have to be able to get to work if I am called in, since the cars are down for the motor swap. I still need to get my brother over here so We can pick the motor out of the sunfire. I don't have a motor hoist, so it will be lifted by hand. The accessories will come off with it in the car to make it lighter. It is still kind of cold out and I am not looking forward to doing it in the cold, but it can't be left on hold much longer.

The horsepower and torque will almost double, so the sunfire is really going to move. The only accessories on the 3.8 are the alternator and water pump. It seemed to gain quite a bit of power when I removed the P/S and A/C. It will do 0-60 in about 5 seconds in the olds, so the sunfire should be around 4 seconds, since it is almost 1,000 lbs lighter. The only other thing I can remove from the sunfire is the back seat and that only weighs a few lbs. The spare will stay. I have been toying with the idea of moving the battery to the trunk to help shift some weight back.
