I did a zoom in detail, looks pretty much to where I spotted it the first time. Keep in mind, that when you move the HP back as with the yellow car drawing (not a photo, right?) the area above the rear deck lid will rise, not be lowered.

I think this would be best if we just took all spoilers off, they are confusing the issue because clearly the yellow car's spoiler is a different type and higher.

EDIT: The white car is closer to a true elevation photo. The dark blue one was taken to high and throws things off.
This is all moot because the yellow one is right. Never limit yourself to the provided photos when there are blueprints available!
