Stop being a dick and help us out. You could have mentioned that you have prior knowledge from the other site, and you could have mentioned how you drive. These will help us give you a more relevant answer.

We're suggesting easy things to do like a grille block that will help your engine warm up easier, a front air dam and mooth belly pan that will improve your aero, and other things that cost less than a large pizza.

The problem is that you came in asking whether you should lower your car. Perhaps a better question would be, "how can I improve my aerodynamics?" There are many, many easier ways to improve aero and FE for much cheaper than an (necessary) alignment will cost you. So we suggested them, the "low hanging fruit" over the lowering. Please consider our advice before bashing us. We're trying to help with the knowledge you provide.
