It seems that Górecki (
Górecki Sp. j.) has manufactured them and sold them as type "ARROW" under their ARGO brand.
They are still sold here (
Poklice ARROW 13 - VAPOL CZ, tažné zařízení, výfuky, autodíly), but just for 13" wheels. I cannot find them in gorecki e-shop, so I am afraid they discontinued them.
Could you send them an e-mail? If they still make them, I would definitely buy a 15" set (price is around 10 euro per set). At least it will clarify things.
