Public voting is over. Now it's all up to the judges. If you really read all the fine print, it's ALWAYS up to the judges.

I have noticed that entries with the most views nearly always are finalists. I think that the votes also INFLUENCE the judges opinions, and I also have a feeling that the public voting acts as a tie-breaker as well.

I have bothered to read the contest rules to make sure that I am complying with them, and also to figure out how it is judged. "Simplicity" is the category that might be hard for mine to compete in.

Sometimes a contest winner is a very simple, inexpensive thing that is well taught and well photographed.
