Is it based on a more familiar production car? Using either the chassis plus engine or just engine from something that is more commonly known? Or is it fully "built from scratch"?
If it's based on something else more commonly known, I can only think of German and Italian rear-engined sources (assuming the donor was rear-engined to begin with) out of the list of countries I had posted previously.
