I love the concept! It has a elegant simplicity to it. The one thing i wonder about is the rear wing. The horizontal position would add significant drag to produce down force BUT if it is intended to be a passenger car then this down force may be overkill and you may be able to reduce drag by placing it at a less aggressive sloped angle and teardrop shape. Certainly a point of tuning biased on intended speed and weight.
