Why not keep these in reserve in case you want to put the car back to 'standard'?
I'm sure you could find some cheap 'universal' after-market caps - perhaps with smaller holes needing to be filled? I recently found a set of 13'' caps locally going for a sale price of only UK £4.00 !!
