Why not keep these in reserve in case you want to put the car back to 'standard'?

I'm sure you could find some cheap 'universal' after-market caps - perhaps with smaller holes needing to be filled? I recently found a set of 13'' caps locally going for a sale price of only UK £4.00 !!

If you have hand skills and want to use those hubcaps. I would buy shiny black ABS sheet and cut 5 fitting pieces to each hole and glue them on to level from the back side. You can also bend that ABS by heating to get perfect fit.
