When In doubt change the O2 sensor , they are pretty cheap on Ebay . also the plugs, When ever I have trouble now I just go through the basic stuff that's cheap first , otherwise you go right past the problem, often while changing normal tune up items, I find things wrong but it still runs, How is the PCV valve, they plug up believe it or not ,mine did and blew out the valve cover gasket. could even be low baterry voltage, new cars and old need the full 13 volts to run good.
