Already a member, just haven't posted anything yet. The transmission seems to be fine. I just need to get the RPM in each gear pegged for best mileage. It seems like the best strategy is to get it in 4th gear quickly then get your speed up to where you want it. The wife's 2012 Sorento has a similar 6 speed dual clutch transmission, so I have a slight head start on the technique. My 98 Mercedes SLK had a learning logic in the transmission ECU that adjusted shift points based on the drivers technique.

I was surprised at the RPMs at 65 MPH, right at 2500. Ford must be doing something with the cam timing to tweak the BSFC at those revs to get 44 MPG at that speed.
I might have to get a tank of 91 octane ethanol free gas to see if it can hit 50 MPG.
