Very interesting. So I could get a sheet or two of clear plastic to do something about 200mm long and probably see almost 1mpg?
Edit: I'm having trouble deciphering this graph... what do the %'s on the bottom mean? Apparently the cut out base plate could net me 6% or about 1.3mpg.
Both of those are pretty lame as far as value for the time invested, even if I found some junk materials for free.
I need to make a good boat tail. Can't wait for summer.
