Yes, it still could be far from what is claimed, but when one looks to improve mileage some improvements are better than none...are they not. And fuel to air mixtures in cars even at the best are far from being pushed to the limit.. So there is plenty of room for improvements.

Honesty is much more important.
To say that 'THE CARB" produces 200mph is a lie.
Unless, w/ aba testing you can swap it between to different cars and achieve 200mpg regardless of the other car's configuration.

Results need to be 'proven'. Not based on one person saying "I've been a XXX for XXX yrs so I know what I'm saying"

We are all for individual's stepping out of the box to try something. And we are even more supportive when they have aba testing to support it.
There are some very bright people here and I am constantly amazed at the high level that discussions can reach.
