Thought I should post an update. The grill block is still holding just fine. It doesn't however look as good as day 1. I've noticed that the changing temperature has wrinkled it. If I run the iron over it again it smooths right out, but the change in temp seems to wrinkle again... Not a super big deal, I'm just kind of picky about the looks!
- bugs dirt, rocks etc have not punctured the material, holding strong.
