I think you get more MPG improvement just by airing your tires close to sidewall maximum pressure.
And that is why I posted it in the unicorn corral. I doubt the MGP claims, but it does seem to do *something* to stop some types of oil leaks and burning oil. The claim on longer engine life is hard to get proof for.
