To me, these all look like they would fit, and they are compatible according to seller info. I'm sure there is obvious stuff I'm missing, but my noob eyes just don't see it!
They will all fit. All manifolds from 92-00 d15/d16 civics will fit your engine. The problem with your car is the special manifold that has a built in cat for lean burn. The ebay manifolds you linked to wont bolt on to the cat because its the wrong angle and flange. They are meant to be bolted to a downpipe. Your manifold bolts directly to the cat.

So like I said before you need to buy the correct part from a US civic VX or convert your exhaust system to a regular civic which is illegal in CA. Never trust the seller info about fitment. These are very general and you should probably trust me and other members who have dealt with these engines and cars for years.
