I have a 1999 camry le 2.2 4 banger, I too saw mpg of about 35.8 on a commute from Bakersfield to orange county. I coasted big time down some really steep grades but other then that I cruised at 62 mph and according to my ultra gauge I was getting 40 mpg at that speed pretty sweet for a slushbox.
