The Solowheel (electric unicycle)

Saw this in a magazine, did a quick search and found nothing so I figured I'd post. Its an electric powered unicycle which uses segway like technology. It has a 1kw motor, ~10mph top speed, 20 mile range, and weighs 26 lbs. It also folds up nice and small so you can carry it around anywhere... Sounds pretty cool and I'd like to try one out, but for a price of $1800 I think I'll pass.

The Solowheel is the smallest, greenest, most convenient "People Mover" ever invented. This gyro-stabilized electric unicycle is compact and fun to ride and is intended to be used as you would use an electric bicycle.
