Saw this in a magazine, did a quick search and found nothing so I figured I'd post. Its an electric powered unicycle which uses segway like technology. It has a 1kw motor, ~10mph top speed, 20 mile range, and weighs 26 lbs. It also folds up nice and small so you can carry it around anywhere... Sounds pretty cool and I'd like to try one out, but for a price of $1800 I think I'll pass.

You'd need a jetpack to reduce rolling resistance any more
Looks like the trickiest part is actually getting on, after that it seems stable.
