It is April 21 and the VT500 will not be ready for the May 4-5 Vetter Challenge at Carmel. The new deadline is the Vetter Challenge in mid Ohio in June. What remains to be done is the front body work, lights and re-wireing, plus all the small details...
It will be interesting to see if the GS500 can get better than 80mpg at Carmel.
