Yes, and if your window tint is a little darker than spec or the radio was turned up too loud or the tires were not the size recommended for the vehicle or the gas was higher octane than recommended or the exhaust was aftermarket or the seats have been changed out or you don't have a passenger side mirror or or or .......
I don't think I have ever heard of anyone being ticketed or held liable for any accident for having too much air in their tires. And who says what is too much over recommended?
