Klemperer did report that the exposed wheels of Rumpler's car increased drag by 50%.If so,Rumpler's limousine of 1924 would have had Cd 0.186 (about same as the 'dirty-bellied' Schlor car of 1938).Not as good as Cd 0.159 of Schlor's car with 'smooth' underbody.
You might imagine what integrating the wheels into the Ricotti car might have done.
